OVERVIEW Merrick & Company is seeking a Mechanical Piping Designer with zero (0) to four (4) years of experience at our Greenwood Village, CO office. Typical pay hourly range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO Generate drawings for 3D equipment modeling and piping systems, development of detailed isometric drawings from the 3D model, and equipment location drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) Utilize AutoCAD/Plant3D to design engineering drawings. Generate process, mechanical, piping deliverables, E&IC and taking direction from all these disciplines. Working in a multi-disciplinary team, the designer will be responsible for generating designs to meet exacting technical standards. Some travel to client project sites to support drawing as built and design efforts is expected. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Zero (0) to Four (4) to years of experience is required. Proficiency using Autocad/Plant 3D. Knowledge or experience in the use of national standards including ASME B31.
