Your primary responsibility will be overall equipment ownership and direct technical support of the product line assigned to youYou will develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems to ensure reliability and performanceFurther you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams in resolving mechanical issues and process-related challengesLead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address mechanical failures and production downtimeAnalyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metricsTrain and mentor production and maintenance personnel on mechanical processes and equipment operationFoster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage knowledge sharing among team members
