About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Framework Delivery Manger this site-based position will develop and execute projects and task associated with the Field Solutions Portfolio on the Sellafield Site in Cumbria. Experience in managing Supervisors and Operatives is essential along with the Execution of Mechanical tasks in line with client requirements. Experience of working within nuclear establishments & following Nuclear Professionalism Standards & Expectations is required along with in depth knowledge of the legislative, regulatory, quality, and environmental requirements relating to nuclear engineering projects.
Essential Qualifications & Experience\:
• Engagement with the client to develop and define the scope via constructability reviews.
• Be visible in the workplace and lead by example demonstrating the standards set by the business and challenge all unacceptable behaviours and ensure the team act in a professional manner.
• Support the preparation of estimates and budgets.
• Plan work activities and resources to meet task requirements safely and effectively.
• Will be required to pass a Medical to prove fitness to work in a Radiological environment.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualified as well as hold Security Clearance or be able to obtain
• Strong knowledge of the Sellafield working procedures and processes with experience in working within the Active Area at Sellafield.
• NEC3 delivery experience and understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015. HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.

• Verifying existing Mechanical and Electrical asset conditions on site.
• Able to navigate and review information against existing P&ID’s and Single line Diagrams and test data.
• Willing to learn and interpret technical drawings and transfer checked and verified information to client’s spreadsheets and documentation against various fixed assets on site.
• Ability to work on own initiative and ability to work co-operatively with others in the team to complete tasks and implement process in line with the clients KPI’s and end to end process in the timescales dictated in the contract.
• Ability to log in client’s various portal systems and up-load, download documentation, up-date clients progress trackers as required under the contract.
• Ensure statistical tracker information is collated and updated and accurate for Internal Operational Progress Reports / Client reports and progress meetings.
• Attend site on occasions to review inspection teams’ data input, offer assistance / solutions to technical queries.
• Participate in developing the growth of the team and wider businesses growth strategies.
