To €85,000 DOE + Excellent Rotation + Living Allowance + Accommodation    

Our client, a leading Construction & Engineering contractor in Europe, delivering complex projects across various sectors that exceed client expectations, contribute to community development, and uphold the values of integrity, innovation, and excellence is now looking for a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager. As a Mechanical Project Manager you will manage all mechanical aspects of construction projects including planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within the budget, and to the highest quality standards.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:   

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for mechanical systems.  

Proven record of accomplishments in delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.  

Experience of managing both Mechanical & Electrical projects is a distinct advantage.  

Carry out inspection regularly to identify any issues that may affect the development of projects and provide reliable solutions.  

Manage the phases of mechanical engineering projects following the project plans & specifications.  

Track the project development & performance & adjust plans and resources as needed.  

Ensure that all mechanical engineering work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.  

Implement and enforce health & safety ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.  

Prepare updated mechanical records/documentation ready for review or submission to the senior management. 

Participate in meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are recorded and costs issued to the client. 

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.  

8+ years’ experience in Mechanical Project Management roles.  

Data Centre background within construction is desirable.  

Proficiency in Mechanical Project Management software & tools.  

Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team.  

Excellent communication and organisation skills.
