Job Description

As our Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer satisfaction through diligent investigation of concerns, swift implementation of corrective actions, and the development of communication plans that ensure timely updates for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for all aspects of project administration, including adherence to contract clauses, identifying project deficiencies, and guiding corrective actions. You will financially manage all aspects of projects, validate project scope, and work closely with subcontractors. This role involves on-site work much like a superintendent and requires management of a portfolio of projects, including commercial retrofit air conditioning systems and HVAC installations.

This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year and contract to hire.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Maitland, Florida and some days remote.

Work Environment

This role requires flexibility with 30% of work conducted in an office environment and 70% on-site. The projects will not be ground-up and will range from $600k - $8000k. There is a big backlog of work going into 2025.
