Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in MEP facility design and at least 3 years of experience managing budgets and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit experience being a plus. The role involves meeting with clients to kickoff projects, managing project schedules, budgets, and design proposals, and confirming the accuracy of designs. Exceptional writing, verbal communication skills, and condition assessment experience are essential. Project types vary from government facilities, hospitals, laboratories, to office buildings, including clients such as the VA, Army Corps of Engineers, and the USDA.

ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to kickoff projects.Manage project schedules and budgets.Prepare and review design proposals.Confirm the accuracy of designs.Oversee project deliverables.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD.10+ years of experience in MEP facility design.At least 3 years of experience managing budgets and deliverables.Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.Condition assessment experience.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.US Citizenship.Willingness to submit to federal drug and background check.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Revit (a plus).No EIT or PE needed.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office and 3 days remote. The office is located in Severna Park, MD. The role also includes 10% travel, mostly day trips within the DMV area, with occasional trips outside the DMV every other month. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with owners, VPs, and clients, providing great growth opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $59.00 - $71.00
