Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Project Manager to oversee all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and architectsOversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that work is completed according to project specificationsEnsure that all project documentation is completed accurately and on timeProactively identify and mitigate project risks and issuesEnsure compliance with all project requirements, including safety regulations and quality standardsManage change orders and ensure that all changes are documented and approvedProvide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in mechanical constructionStrong knowledge of project management tools, such as P6, Microsoft Project, and ViewpointExperience with Bluebeam or similar construction document management softwareStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholdersExperience managing change orders and resolving project issuesExperience with Data Centers is a plus!
