Mechanical Project Manager – Frankfurt – Critical Facilities

 

We are currently partnering with an MEP Contractor operating throughout Mainland Europe, UK & Ireland. Due to continued success they are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to help aid further growth in Frankfurt Germany.

 

Responsibilities

 

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resources. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project components are aligned and progress smoothly. Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) required for mechanical projects, ensuring optimal utilization and timely availability. Budget and Cost Control: Manage the project budget, track costs, and ensure the project stays within financial limits. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team, ensuring effective collaboration, motivation, and adherence to project goals. Provide mentorship and direction to junior staff. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks (technical, financial, or schedule-related) and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions or delays. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes. Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Requirements

 

Extensive experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred
