Description:
Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable mining company based in the Northern Cape, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance activities of the mechanical department in the mining operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the mechanical department. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. Oversee equipment inspections and troubleshooting. Manage and control maintenance budgets. Provide technical guidance and support to the mechanical team.

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent Engineering Technical Trade Certificate in Boilermaking or Fitting N3 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 5 years experience in a mining or plant maintenance environment Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment Valid Drivers License
