FST is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician in Santa Clara, CA. Role:  Mechanical Technician Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours shift, compressed work week schedule   Job Responsibilities: + Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.  + Conduct daily rounds and readings. + Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating and cooling systems. + Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. + Assignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters. + Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.   Experience / Requirements: + Experience in facility mechanical systems operations and maintenance (boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, building exhaust, water movement, etc.).  + Lift 30 lbs 3 times a day on average. + Preferred experience in Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical industries.   Powered by JazzHR
