Ensures that the accomplishment of all of the planning and work necessary to clean, operate, maintain, repair, and make renovations to the facility posts to a high standard. Analyzes maintenance repair requests and identifies problems and implements solutions. Responsible for the orderly flow of corrective and preventative maintenance work orders within the facilities maintenance group. Coordinates with various vendors and contractors in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
