We are recruiting a Plumber to join the team located in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. The successful candidate will provide a support service to the site as part of the maintenance team specialising in mechanical work, ensuring maintenance / repairs are carried out in compliance to relevant SOP’s and GxP requirements. **Role Summary:** + Operate the Planned Preventive maintenance programme (PPM) in respect to the water systems on site + Respond to emergency breakdowns across the site where an Engineering Technician (plumbing) is required including, potable water / waste water, HVAC systems and Environmental conditions + Repair equipment, machinery, plant etc. as quickly as possible + Carry out work generated on work requisition (non-urgent work jobs required by others on site) to meet service level agreements + Liaise, as needed, with end users to determine mechanical requirements and to repair or offer alternative solution + Assist with the ordering of supplies as needed for work + Ensure documentation of maintenance activities is to GxP standards where necessary + Be flexible and assist the Site facilities manager in any maintenance role + Follow safe systems of work, taking reasonable care of own health and safety, and that of others + Such other duties as required by the operational needs of CBRE Team **Experience Required:** + Commercial-industrial + Formal plumbing / mechanical apprenticeship **Desirable** + ONC + Experience with Mechanical Isolations and associated paperwork LOTO + Experience in GxP manufacturing equipment + Safepass + IOSH working safely CBRE GWS CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) works with clients to make real estate a meaningful contributor to organizational productivity and performance.
