Your Tasks

 

Design and development of test facilities used in product validation Develop Data Acquisition and data analysis tools Design, development, and documentation of electrical& electronic control panel Maintain test rigs and the test facilities including environmental test chambers, vibration shakers etc Build time and cost plan for new test facility development and need to complete commissioning reports for new facilities. Knowledgeable in MSA methods for proving test rigs for R&R. Documentation for the calibration of instruments as per IATF standards

 

Your Profile

 

Overall experience in test facilities maintenance: 5 years minimum. Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC/LabVIEW programming Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of test rigs Handle external suppliers for the smooth operation of testing laboratory Instruct supporting personnel (e.g. Mechanics) Programming of PLC, HMI, LabVIEW deployed in test rigs
