Job Description
This role will be working in the Shipping Department, packing basic to moderately complex sales orders, and securely packaging the product for shipment.
ResponsibilitiesPackage sales orders securely for shipment.Handle inventory management and cycle counting.Operate basic hand and power tools to unpack crates and count materials.Label and inspect products for quality assurance.Use RF scanners and computer systems for data entry and inventory management.Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Ensure all materials from tradeshows are accounted for and organized.Essential SkillsMinimum 6 months of packaging experience at one company.Basic computer, math, and counting skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with material handling preferred.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-3 years of previous experience in a production/light assembly environment or equivalent with a warehouse background.Proficiency with basic hand tools (riveter, screw gun, drills, tape measure).Experience with warehouse inventory, order picking, receiving, palletizing, and packing.Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work hours are from 7AM to 3:30PM, with 9-10 hour days and potential overtime on Saturdays if needed. The facility is climate-controlled and offers a relaxed atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
