**Job Title: Mechatronics Technician** **Job Description** As a Mechatronics Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical automated system machines at our Distribution Center in Findlay, OH. You will work closely with the Electrical Controls Team to upgrade mechanical and electrical systems. Mechanical aptitude in tools, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly is required. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical automated system machines. + Collaborate with the Electrical Controls Team to address system issues. + Perform maintenance on chain-driven rolling conveyors, belt-driven conveyors, spiral conveyors, and other equipment. + Repair and maintain bearings, sprockets, gears, pulleys, rollers, brakes, and drive systems. + Handle pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including cylinders, valves, lines, fittings, motors, and pumps. + Utilize tools such as multimeters, belt tension hertz meters, torque wrenches, tap and die sets, and power tools. + Read and interpret blueprints to assemble and disassemble equipment. + Work with 480v AC power supply to 24v DC systems, photo eyes, sensors, reflectors, lasers, and data light barriers. + Conduct maintenance on 3-phase motors, lift tables, elevators, and hoisting units. **Essential Skills** + At least 2-3 years of mechanic experience (industrial maintenance, auto mechanic, military mechanic, diesel mechanic, machine builder). + Experience reading blueprints. + Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. + Proficiency in using hand tools and assembling/disassembling equipment. + Comfortable working at heights up to 120 feet (extensive training provided). + Experience working with fuses. **Why Work Here?** We provide all necessary tools and a $100 boot allowance.
