Position Summary
MultiCare Home Health/Hospice is seeking an Medical Director to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of the quality of care provided to patients receiving Home Health & Hospice services across the care continuum as well as providing medical leadership for clinical and business planning, medical quality assessment/assurance and continuing medical education.Providers at MultiCare are recognized as being among the best in the Northwest Region. Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine Licensed in the State of Washington as a doctor of medicine or osteopathy Current Board Certification, required Hospice or Palliative Care Board Certification, preferred Current Pierce county Medical Society member Current CPR certification Hospice or Palliative Medicine experience required Current Washington state driver’s license and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate stateOur Values

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $233,661.00 - $336,244.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
