Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, AD, or BSN).Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license from any state, D.C., Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of three (3) years of full-time nursing experience within the last five years, with experience working in both medical-surgical and psychiatric nursing environments.Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.Job Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with both medical and psychiatric needs.Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments.Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.Work closely with behavioral health providers to ensure the integration of psychiatric and medical care.Educate patients and families on managing both physical and psychiatric conditions.Accurately document care provided and maintain compliance with military, hospital, and Joint Commission standards.Shifts are rotating, prearranged, and will include weekends and holidays. Nurses will work no more than 84 hours per two-week pay period.Company Overview:
