Med/Surg Nurse - Night Shift
**Come be a part of our team today!** We are currently seeking to bring on a Med/Surg Night Nurse. This Med/Surg nurse would be a part of a 60 bed Acute Care, full service facility. This location features a 24 hr Emergency Dept. We also have round the clock imaging/lab services. **Duties/Responsibilities** + Beside shift report to start the day + Meet your patients + Will have Charge Nurse that floats to help with support + Does have CNA support on every pod + (Ratio is 11:1 for CNA’s) + (Ratio is 4:1 for Nurses) + Have a fair amount of CNA support + WVMC will provide a break nurse to completely relieve you for your break + Very big on making sure people get their breaks! + A nurse may get an admit or two at night, depending on the day + Bedside shift report **Required Skills/Abilities** + Have RN license in the state of OR + Have unencumbered nursing license + Experience working in med surg (preferred) + Someone who wants to work in a dept within this hospital- someone committed to staying in Med/Surg **Shift:** + 7p-7:30 x 3 shifts per week + X3 openings + Self-Schedule for 3 months at a time, signed off by Dept Manager ** Plenty of overtime/extra shifts offered if someone would like to pick up shifts. ** Every other weekend required + RN Rates are based on experience set by Oregon Nurses Association Union + RN Night Shift Differential: $6.50 per hour + Weekend shift differential- $2.00 per hour **_There are lot of opportunities to float and to grow within this organization!_** **_If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at josh.mccoy@adeccona.com or you can call me at 231-903-0006 or by text message 4223-528-6053_** **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $58.86 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
