Description
The Media Account Executive is r esponsible for the growth and management of a designated client portfolio. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of customized brand building initiatives across all Insight's media platforms. We provide a comprehensive suite of media, including targeted digital newsletters, website advertisements, top-tier digital and print business magazines, and impactful community events, all aimed at fostering growth and collaboration within the business community. We structure our sales operations and territories by industry to provide our clients with specialized expertise and personalized support.

Overall Responsibilities :
+ Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic, multi-platform marketing programs that exceed revenue targets across print, digital, and event platforms.
+ Cultivate Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong client relationships by crafting customized marketing solutions that align with their business objectives and deliver measurable results.
+ Championing Company Values and Goals: Embody and reinforce the company's values within the organization and in client interactions.
Specific Responsibilities :
Drive Revenue Growth
+ Meet or exceed individual and team revenue goals.
+ Prospect, sell, and provide advertising services to new and existing accounts to meet their brand building initiatives.
+ Drive revenue across print, digital, and event platforms through selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
Cultivate Client Partnerships
+ Assist clients within designated industry categories in defining vision, strategy, and infrastructure requirements to support their business objectives.
+ Actively engage with the local business community and attend industry-related events to stay current on local business, industry, and media trends.
+ Develop tailored marketing solutions across multiple platforms based on client needs and objectives, ensuring campaign performance meets client expectations.
+ Use internal resources to monitor and optimize customized campaigns, maximizing delivery and revenue through consistent collaboration with customers.
+ Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with current and prospective clients regularly.

Qualifications
Knowledge : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communications) or an equivalent successful career track with a minimum of five years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, or business.

+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients and team members, fostering trust and collaboration to drive consistent sales growth.
+ Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
