CSC is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Media and A/V Intern to support Enterprise Technology’s media and conference room activities in our Wilmington, DE office. As a Media and A/V Intern you will gain multifaceted experience in media services (video production, photo/video editing, event coordination) as well as audiovisual experience (conference room setup, emerging technologies, customer support training). The goal of this role is to ensure all our media and conference room deliverables are organized and handled with professionalism, while giving you the opportunity to learn and grow!
A Day in the Life: What will you be doing?
Assist with the creation, edit, and organization of media content (photo/video) for internal distribution. Help with the setup of conference room equipment, including audiovisual systems (e.g., displays, microphones, speakers, and cameras). Provide support for the facilitation of events, such as aiding in email communications, or on-site assistance for setting up events. Provide technical support during meetings in conference rooms. This may include troubleshooting simple issues yourself or pointing “customers” in the right direction for more assistance. Aid in organizing and tracking upkeep of audiovisual equipment. Administrative support with the scheduling of meetings, events, or video productions. Communicate across multiple teams, and relay updates as needed. Prioritize the sequence of assigned tasks. Identify any resources needed to achieve a goal and prioritize key action steps. Anticipate the impacts and risks of decisions and actions. Asking for help! (Always encouraged).

Not a want, but a need: What skills, experience, and qualifications should you have?
Rising Junior or Senior (or above) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience in photography and/or videography is required. Experience video editing with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, preferred, but not required. Portfolio is strongly encouraged to be attached to application.
