Company Description

The role of the Media Associate is to be the day-to-day steward on of a client’s media and communications needs.  The Associate is required to develop strong knowledge of the client’s business and apply their understanding of media and consumer media consumption habits in order to help deliver the client’s objectives.  The Associate will work closely with the Media Supervisor in the development and communication of all media and communication recommendations.

Job DescriptionAnalyze market trends and implemented these in our media strategies and EOY reports.Discuss with supervisor media mix based for our custom campaigns based on campaign objectives and target audience.Allocate budget throughout the different media channels and placements for custom campaigns.Create detailed media plans and Media Authorization monthly and quarterly campaigns.Organize monthly timelines of work for social and display campaigns.Work closely with implementation team to ensure all campaigns are running as planned.Monitor the performance of the campaigns in real time in the media platforms.Elaborate media plans and media authorizations.Provide regular updates on campaign performance and adjustments.Assist supervisor to ensure all media placements comply with relevant media regulations as we all global standards.Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for media strategiesPrepare reports and presentations like Mid-Year report, for internal review and client meetings.Troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery or performance in display and social campaigns.Hold meetings with the implementation team and optimize the media plans as needed.To keep track of monthly and quarterly billing

QualificationsBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or universityExcel proficientStrong organizational skillsDetail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to actively participate and eventually lead telephone and skype-based meetingsBilingual, English and SpanishAbility to prioritize and organize projects for self to meet internal and external deadlinesDigitally savvy; an active internet and mobile userDemonstrate initiative and desire for learning, with ongoing interest in understanding emerging trends in media, marketing and communicationsCollaborative approach and willingness to contribute to teamworkDemonstrate leadership skills and growth potential for future supervisory rolesOne year of media/communications planning experience (Beneficial but not mandatory)
