Position Summary
The Media Manager will oversee the execution of multi-channel media campaigns supporting CVS Front Store sales-driving iniatives, omni-channel expansion efforts, and CVS retail branding campaigns. He/she will be responsible for operational excellence on these campaigns. He/she will be responsible for building relationships with key business peers in order to fully understand their goals and partner to help achieve these goals. The Media Manager will work directly with agency partners to aid in execution of the communication strategies. He/she will partner closely with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure measurement plans for campaigns can be executed properly, ensuring that every investment is accountable.
This position will work closely with the Senior Media Manager, business owners, agency partners, media colleagues, and analytics partners.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities % Time
1. Proactively manage and participate in the creation and execution of multi-channel media campaigns across CVS Pharmacy with the goal of driving script acquisition, front store sales, or adoption of health services. 60%
2. Collaborate with agency partners, peers, and business stakeholders. 20%
3. Manage budget trackers, flowcharts, and trafficking documents. 20%
Required Qualifications
5 years + of multi channel media experience with an emphasis on results-oriented programs
Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week out of our Woonsocket, RI location
Retail / Healthcare experience required
B2C experience required, B2B a plus
Deep subject matter expertise in all media channels with a particular focus on digital and broadcast

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
