Role Overview In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the media productivity forecasting, tracking and reporting process for North America. You’ll collaborate with brand teams, media agencies, and internal planning and buying teams to help maximize PepsiCo’s media value. Key tasks include tracking media performance, providing year-to-date achievements, and maintaining transparent reports using tools like Monday.com. Additionally, you’ll work with auditors and internal teams to verify and validate data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets. Responsibilities Assist with Forecasting and Target Setting: Support the process of media productivity forecasting by coordinating with brand teams, media agencies, and internal planning teams; Assist with budget alignment, analyzing submissions, and helping to set productivity targets that align with organizational priorities; Support Tracking and Reporting: Help track and report on year-to-date media productivity achievements and full-year projections; Maintain clear and transparent reporting and utilizing tools like Monday.com to ensure productivity data is accessible for stakeholders; Assist with Verification and Validation: Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to verify and validate productivity data, ensuring reported figures are accurate and aligned with agreed targets; Support in Delivering Productivity Goals: Aid in meeting internal productivity targets by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting efforts to enhance media efficiency and maximize value; Collaborate and Educate Stakeholders: Assist in educating and supporting internal teams (brand teams, media agencies) on the media productivity framework; Ensure clear communication and alignment to drive collaboration across stakeholders. Qualifications Basic Media Governance Knowledge Understanding of media governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards at a fundamental level; Ability to support adherence to governance protocols across media channels and teams. Assisting with Media Productivity Optimization Assist in media productivity initiatives by supporting data analysis, tracking mechanisms, and reporting; Help identify opportunities for media savings and efficiencies under the guidance of senior team members; Analytical skills to assess media performance and contribute to optimization strategies. Stakeholder Support & Collaboration Assist in working with cross-functional teams (media agencies, internal marketing teams, finance) to ensure alignment on media objectives; Support relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication; Ability to work across organizational structures to help move projects forward. Data Analysis & Reporting Assistance Strong quantitative skills to work with large data sets and support the generation of actionable insights on media performance and ROI; Help with media measurement tools and reporting platforms, contributing to data-driven decision-making. Communication & Presentation Support Assist in preparing reports and presentations that clearly communicate media governance strategies and performance to senior leadership; Support in presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders. Project Management Support Help manage smaller-scale media projects, ensuring they stay on track and are delivered on time; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; 2-3 years of experience in a procurement team, media agency, or client-side role, assisting with media operations and productivity.
