**Overview**
We are seeking a Media Operations and Planning Specialist to support our media buying and planning operations, ensuring seamless campaign execution and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct day-to-day media buying for both offline and online channels, negotiating master contract pricing and fostering strong relationships with media owners.
+ Book and monitor campaigns to ensure accuracy in both execution and financials.
+ Monitor campaign delivery and reconcile any under deliveries.
+ Constantly monitor performance and delivery of ad server and vendor reporting.
+ Develop understanding of client businesses to deliver tailored online strategies and n comprehensive media plans that meet client objectives.
+ Manage all aspects of media billing, including processing billing instructions with finance teams, and resolving discrepancies with media vendors and finance.
+ Regularly actualize and reconcile media plans. Ensure timely invoicing and maintain co-ownership of the WIP report with the finance team.
+ Contribute to enhancing operational processes for media buying, planning, billing, and financial reconciliation to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of 1-2 years experience in media agency handling media planning and buying. Familiar with and have worked with the major publishers.
+ Proficiency in offline buying. Preferably has experience with online buying (both self-served and managed service) and digital ad operations.
+ Strong in numbers and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot table and v-lookup)
+ Analytical and meticulous with an excellent eye for details
+ A team player with an action-oriented mind-set, who is able to work with minimal supervision
+ Eager to learn and to be an expert on billing tools and systems
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skill
+ Proactive and ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure
