Media Operations Manager

Role Summary The Media Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless campaign execution across various paid media platforms. This role works closely with media strategists, creative production teams, brand managers, and media agencies to manage asset requirements, creative trafficking, and campaign tagging. The ideal candidate excels in building operational processes, managing multiple cross-functional projects, and ensuring campaigns stay on schedule and within budget. Success in this role requires strong familiarity with paid media workflows, asset trafficking, creative taxonomy, data reporting, clear communication skills and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Campaign Implementation: Manage the production plan for paid media, from the brief to asset trafficking, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery. Work with creative production and agency teams to ensure materials meet platform requirements. Oversee accurate tagging and tracking for campaign performance measurement and reporting. Ensure seamless asset delivery to media agencies and troubleshoot trafficking or tagging issues in real time. Collaborate with analytics and ad ops teams to ensure proper data capture and campaign attribution. Regularly communicate with stakeholders on campaign status and resolve issues promptly. Develop and maintain media operations workflows for consistency and efficiency. Identify opportunities to optimize campaign production performance and streamline processes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the media team, creative production, brand managers, and the media agency to ensure flawless execution. Provide guidance on best practices for trafficking, tagging, and campaign implementation. Facilitate internal and external collaboration to uphold the highest standards for campaign execution. Support post-campaign analysis by ensuring accurate tracking and data integrity. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in media operations, ad trafficking, or digital marketing, preferably in automotive, tech, or high-growth industries. Proficiency in trafficking and tagging technologies (e.g., DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics). Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, media, and analytics teams. Strong knowledge of ad-serving platforms, tracking technologies, and trafficking processes. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Hands-on experience with trafficking tools Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real time. Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing complex projects. Experience in the automotive industry or large-scale brand campaigns preferred Familiarity with project management and process optimization preferred Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $112,100 to $140,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
