The Media Operations Specialist is an integral part of driving revenue growth and is responsible for the daily support and insights critical to the success of our advertising clients’ programs. Execute advertising orders on a global basis using internal and external tools (such as ad serving platforms like Google Ad Manager/Ad Butler and analytics tools like Tableau or Domo)Responsible for handling incoming support requests including click-activity, relevancy issues, and delivery schedulesManage process flow for ad operations to ensure optimal execution (while maintaining standards of operation) and monitor ad performance to identify patterns and/or areas for improvementUnderstand customer needs/wishes and provide operational solutions to achieve customer goalsEffectively partner and consult with internal (development, support, creativity, executive, etc.) and external stakeholders (customers, customer’s agency, etc.) at all levels to provide solutions and promote client retentionContinuously influence the development of tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and operations.Who/What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of relevant experience working within a service-oriented organization in an ad/media operations role (agency background is a plus)At least 2+ years of experience working with ad implementation and campaign executions on ad serving platforms (ex: Google Ad Manager, Ad Butler or OpenX)Solid data comparison/analysis skillsSelf-motivated, able to work independently (as well as with a team) and manage workload with minimal supervisionPassion for facilitating internal and external customer satisfactionExcellent communication skills, superb attention to detail and ability to work successfully with data-oriented tasksAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlinesCurious nature, filled with initiative and committed to follow-throughPreferred, But Not Required: Experience with audience building/targeting software is a plus (ex: Bombora)Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and Rich MediaExperience with PhotoshopEye for visual aesthetics and creativityComfortable with Mac computerThe salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 and is eligible to earn incentive compensation.
