Media Specialist at Philips CZ/SK

If so, we’re looking for someone who can not only analyze media performance but also transform data into clear and meaningful presentations for business stakeholders and media agencies. Experience is a plus, but the right mindset and courage to take on challenges are just as valuable.

Key Responsibilities of the Media Specialist

Media Budget Optimization – Efficient allocation of media investments to maximize ROI.

Media Performance Analysis – Monitoring key metrics and leveraging data for campaign optimization.

Demand Generation – Driving sales through performance media campaigns for our own e-commerce and retail partners.

Media Campaign Planning – Developing strategies for product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and key sales periods.

Collaboration with Media Agencies – Ensuring strategic alignment between business goals and media planning.

E-commerce & Digital Marketing Integration – Coordinating media efforts to drive traffic and conversions on the Philips e-shop and partner platforms.

Campaign Effectiveness Measurement – Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and media attribution models to assess performance.

Media Trend Evaluation – Keeping up with emerging channels and technologies (retail media, connected TV, AI-driven media buying).

Internal Team Collaboration – Working closely with marketing, digital marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation – Using data insights to identify the right target groups for each media channel.

Media Strategy Improvement – Continuously testing and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven learnings.

Reporting & Recommendations – Providing regular analysis of media campaigns with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

University degree min BC.

Experience in similar role 2+ years

Fluent in Czech language and English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
