Fully functional and self-directedProvides formal mentorshipHigh complexity assignments- ownerModerate complexity assignments - owner (1 or >)Low complexity assignments - provide oversight/reviewRegularly lead self and others and/or established as Product SME and/or established as specialistsees the whole picture and adjusts work accordinglyMonitors multiple MVS/ VM consoles for media, if applicable.Performs server rotations on standalone ATLs with multiple software platforms.Monitors Thresholds for multiple platforms on a daily basis to insure sufficient resources existProvides Netbackup access, monitoring and reportingHas familiarity with and supports multiple OS and/or components: MS basic office suite along with LEGATO, BACKUP EX, VERITAS, TSM, and others

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

High school graduate and 2 year experience or higher degree and 1 year work experience.
