Establishes financial status and Medicaid eligibility prior to admission, and maintains Medicaid eligibility throughout Nursing Home stay.

Qualifications Bilingual English & Spanish required High School diploma or equivalent, requiredBachelor’s Degree, preferredPrior experience in Nursing Home Medicaid Eligibility, requiredWorking knowledge of software program EDITS to submit Medicaid application
