Medicaid Field Representative

\n

Location: on-site in Helena, MT

\n

Annual Salary: $45,760 – 56,160 plus benefits

\n

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Flexible hours available.

\n

About the Field Representative role:

\n

 

\n

This position will be working on-site providing outreach to the Medicaid provider community. This is a great opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career. The field representative is the primary escalation point for provider relations high-level concerns as requested by the Provider Relations Manager or Montana DPHHS. 

\n

Provide online meeting and face-to-face support to the Montana Healthcare Programs community. Actively promote claims and enrollment process efficiencies using the MPATH portal and the use of electronic claims submissions. Work with providers to resolve claim issues, including troubleshooting electronic transmission. Plan and facilitate training events for providers including in person and online seminars. Complete additional tasks as assigned.

 MEDICAID FIELD REPRESENTATIVE Helena, MT (On-Site)

Duties and Responsibilities:

\n\n Provide outreach and face-to-face support to the Montana Healthcare Programs community.\n Develop and facilitate education for the provider population in assigned service area.\n Actively promote the use of EDI, DPHHS Provider Information website, and MATH web portal\n Attend seminars offered by professional associations and speak on behalf of Conduent and DPHHS about the Medicaid environment or participate in workshops and meetings sponsored by providers and DPHHS.\n Work with providers to resolve claim issues, including troubleshooting electronic transmission.\n Plan and facilitate training events for provider seminars\n\n

Desired skills and attributes:

\n\n Self- motivated with an outgoing, positive, energetic attitude\n Must be willing to travel (20%)\n Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation\n Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite to create presentations\n Possess excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills\n Ability to multi-task, manage time and workload effectively with attention to detail\n Ability to analyze new situations and apply problem-solving skills\n Ability to adapt to and incorporate new technologies\n\n

Preferred Skills:

\n\n Five or more years in Customer Service\n Two plus years Medicaid or medical insurance experience\n Bachelor’s degree preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent years of experience\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated $45,000- 56,000 DOE
