**Duties & Responsibilities** : + Develop an understanding ofHealthfirsts uniquebusiness model, with a focus on financial data and trends related to Medicaid and LTC products + Attend meetings with cross-functional teams to learn how the Finance department supports operational decision-making + Assist in analyzing financial data related to the Medicaid and LTC productsand gain experience in interpreting membership, cost, and revenue trends to identify improvement opportunities **Minimum Qualifications:** + Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. + Will not require sponsorship for employment + Eligible to work in the U.S. + Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school **Preferred Qualifications:** + Students currently enrolled as a Junior orSenior in an accredited Bachelors degree program, or an accredited Masters in **Healthcare Administration** , **Math, Business, Statistics,** **Economics** **, Finance, Accounting,** or related programs + Proficiency in SQL + Work experience with Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, formatting, sorting, formulas such as VLOOKUP + Self-motivated, creative problem solver who can work independently and collaborate through strong communication and interpersonal skills + Experience managing projects + Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs + Knowledge of healthcare data (claims, diagnosis and procedure codes, etc.) WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
