Job Description · Arrive before start time – (At least 30 mins prior to start; ex: 9AM start, arrive by 8:30AM) · There to greet the claimants, greet them, photocopy of their ID · Give paperwork/Intake form to fill out · Give the doctor the charts (eq. 1st patient, provide first chart) · Bring claimant into the room, may ask to change into gown etc. · Essentially act as a “Chaperon” to medical exam · Collect that paperwork back, sometimes doctor may ask them to be in the room as a witness (if someone alleges something happened or didn’t happen) · Eventually assist with thumb drives , CD – not required on Day 1 · Assist 6-8 patients (12 being a higher number) Top Skills' Details · 2-3 years Medical Administration experience · Basic computer skills · Flexibility in hours Must be available between 730-6pm M-F · **Travel Required** (will be reimbursed); MUST BE reliable Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Committed to employee development, integrity and responsibility.
