The award-winning Heart & Vascular Institute is a national leader in advancing cardiac care, offering heart disease prevention, treatment, surgery and research. ** *Key Responsibilities:* * · Scheduling site tours, office visits and other meetings of this caliber * · Perform entire onboarding process (Zoom meetings, Interview scheduling and meeting schedules) * · Manage outlook calendars for leadership * · Attending leadership meetings and transcribing actionable meeting agendas and notes * · Creating excel and powerpoint presentations for leadership * · Ordering and managing supplies and inventory * · Managing daily schedules including large events * · Composing correspondence via email and in person * Booking conference room, training and office spaces * PeopleSoft Management * · Enter and maintain POs * · Ensure requisitions are managed * · Keep up with training in the system * Staffing assignments (seating, emergency, computer, etc) *Qualifications:* High School Diploma Required. Associate's Degree or other education in health care or related field preferred. 2-5 years experience in medical office or hospital administration strongly preferred. Experience in Cardiology, EPIC and bilingual skills are additional benefits. *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements * • Highly disciplined self-starter with solid collaboration & communication skills. • Skills in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Power Point, Outlook, Work and Excel) is required. • Some analytical skills regarding purchase orders and inventory management. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
