**Job Responsibilities**
Strategic input:
• Provide strategic inputs to develop product life-cycle Management such as Integrated Business Plan (IBP) and launch readiness towards ethical promotion of assigned products.
Operational excellence:
• Data generation planning and execution including clinical trial support for Phase IV study/ Post Marketing Surveillance (PMS)/Observation studies/outcome research/Registry, and EAP/NPU etc.; communicate and facilitate investigators regarding IIS proposals; Develop and execute Publication Plan.
• Medical program execution as per IBP including medical grants; medical education; Advisory Board meeting and other consultancy activities.
• Key Opinion Leader engagement: Identify Key External Experts (KEEs), establish and maintain KEE database with commercial partner; Build relationships with KEEs to support clinical and research activities; Effective and scientific communication with KEEs to provide the most wanted and updated scientific information.
• Initiate and/or review and/or approve medical communication and promotional material for assigned brands.
• Medical support to regulatory interaction, new product development, medical information delivery, and sales training.

**Job Requirements**
- Master and above in medicine or pharmacology.
- At least 5 years’ working experience in medical department in pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs relevant experience is preferred.
- Very good team work spirit, strong authentic leadership.
- Fluent English communication in reading, written and spoken.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good Microsoft office software skills.
