Medical advisors (FBM) are the extension of the medical function in the field. They build and develop enduring ‘win-win' relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate scientific information and generate insights. Medical Advisors (FBM) provide field medical support that is aligned and integrated to the overall medical strategy within the BU. The Medical Advisor for BeLux execute the medical and scientific (non-promotional) strategy for Belgium & Luxembourg fully aligned with the North Europe Neurology medical and cross functional strategy. They are a trusted source of scientific and medical information for Belgium.

Engages proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals and institutions in an omnichannel mannerEngages external stakeholders on medical and scientific information exchange for the Neurology therapeutic area during one-to-one interactions and group settingsOrganises and engages KOLs & HCPs during local group scientific meetings (hospital staff meetings, webinars, etc) according to the Stakeholder Engagement plan, aligned with Neurology Medical plan for Belgium and North EuropeDevelops and maintains trusted partnerships, through scientific engagement and exchange, with healthcare professionals and institutions in a rapidly evolving healthcare environmentCommunicates the clinical value of the TA products to population-health/formulary decision makers (as applicable)Provides high-quality, accurate, balanced, and directed information to key external stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests for information, supports investigators in IIR submissions, management of local advisory boardsDevelops and executes the individual stakeholder engagement plans, aligned with the Medical PlanGenerates high-value, actionable insights and proposes solutionsContributes to / manages evidence-generation activities, supporting both internal evidence-generation projects and IISsContributes to the development of market access dossiers and provides the medical specific input to the dossierInternal governance and strategy: Overseeing the approval of medical and marketing materials and contributing to the development of Neurology Medical strategy for BelgiumCollaborates effectively with relevant internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal and regulatory requirementsAbout youEducation:
