Medical Affairs Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Affairs Project Manager to oversee and drive key medical education and medical affairs projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and timelines. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the strategic objectives of the Medical Affairs department. #LI-DNI

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Track medical affairs projects, ensuring on-time delivery, effective resource utilization, and alignment with business objectives. This includes medical education programs, grants, metrics and salesforce.com projects. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Medical Affairs, Compliance, Clinical, Marketing, and other teams to ensure project goals are met. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including the medical affairs team and the executive leadership team  to ensure project progress and compliance. Budget Management: Manage department budget tracking, ensuring cost-effective execution and adherence from the medical affairs team. Data Management & Analysis: Ensure proper collection, analysis, and presentation of education metrics. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and meeting minutes. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: Some experience of project management or program management within a Medical Affairs team. Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of AdvaM compliance standards and guidelines. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com or similar tools). Certifications (Preferred): PMP or similar project management certification.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $83,000 to $110,000 per year, cash bonus, and stock options.
