**Job Title: Medical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Medical Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling small charger components for hearing aids and diabetic testing devices under a microscope in a clean-room environment. This role requires precision and attention to detail as you will be handling extremely small electronic parts using tweezers and small hand tools. **Responsibilities** + Assemble small charger components for hearing aids and diabetic testing devices under a microscope. + Work in a clean-room environment performing microscope assembly of small electronic components. + Utilize tweezers and small hand tools to handle parts smaller than a hair. + Spend 4-6 hours per day working under a microscope. + Maintain documentation and adhere to strict clean-room procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience working under a microscope. + Excellent communication skills. + Consistent work history. + Comfortable and fully aware of clean-room environment regulations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in medical device assembly. + Experience with electronic assembly work using small hand tools. + Familiarity with clean-room protocols. **Why Work Here?** Join a small company with a family feel, where contractors are treated like permanent employees. The role involves sitting all day with 30-75% of the job being under a microscope assembling and inspecting parts. You will need to be comfortable with wearing a hair net, face mask, white gown, gloves, and following strict procedures. The work schedule is from Sunday to Thursday, 9pm - 5:30am, with occasional mandatory overtime on Friday nights. Flexibility by an hour earlier or later can be accommodated if needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arden Hills, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
