**Job Title: Medical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling small charger components for hearing aids and diabetic testing components under a microscope. This role involves working in a clean-room environment, utilizing tweezers and small hand tools to handle tiny electronic parts for medical devices. **Responsibilities** + Assemble small charger components for hearing aids and diabetic testing components under a microscope. + Work in a clean-room environment following strict procedures. + Utilize tweezers and small hand tools for electronic assembly work. + Spend 4-6 hours per day working under a microscope. + Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and accuracy. + Document the assembly process as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience working under a microscope. + Excellent communication skills. + Consistent work history. + Comfortable working in a clean-room environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in medical device assembly or similar fields. + Familiarity with electronic assembly work. **Why Work Here?** Join a small company with a family feel, where contractors are treated like permanent employees. Experience a supportive and flexible work environment. **Work Environment** This is a 3rd shift position, working from 9pm to 5:30am, Sunday through Thursday, with occasional mandatory overtime on Friday nights. You will be working in a clean-room environment, which requires wearing a hair net, face mask, white gown, and gloves. The role involves sitting down for most of the day, with 30-75% of the job spent under a microscope assembling and inspecting parts. Flexibility in start and end times may be available. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arden Hills, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
