**Medical Assembler** **** **$20/HR- $22/HR** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Medical Assemblers. This role involves working primarily in cleanroom environments, assembling and inspecting medical components. You will be trained in various departments, including coiling, molding, CEA assembly, laser welding, and implantable housings. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to adapt to different tasks and environments. **Responsibilities** + Work with microscopes to inspect and manipulate small parts + Operate coil winding machines to produce medical components + Inspect and deburr parts using small hand tools such as pliers, filers, and skivs + Follow detailed work instructions and travelers to perform assemblies + Use laser welding machines to finish small medical components + Operate automated presses and stamping machines in non-cleanroom areas + Ensure the quality and accuracy of assembled parts through inspection + Sit or stand for 8 hours depending on the task **Essential Skills** + 4-6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or working with small parts + Experience working with microscopes + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment + Proficiency in using small hand tools under a microscope + Attention to detail and manual dexterity **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.78/hr.
