**Seeking Medical Assemblers to Join Our Team in Arden Hills** **Start ASAP** **Job Description** + You will be trained on several operations: Firstly, packaging Medtronic diabetic testing kits. This role involves standing primarily, but there are mats provided. Tasks include putting parts into the kit, running it through a scanner to register the product ID number, and setting it onto a rack for final packaging + Working at a station sitting down, performing hand assembly of diabetic needles + Parts range from the size of a pen cap to a sewing needle. This repetitive work will progress to making up to 1200 parts per shift + You could also learn coil winding: taking very fine wires, using a tweezer to set them into a clamp on the machine, and watching as the machine winds the coils + The final area is machine operation: entry-level tasks where the machine assembles diabetic needles + Responsibilities include monitoring the machine for jams, collecting products into bags, labeling them, and watching for quality issues **Hours & Pay** (Monday-Friday) 6am-2:30pm $18/hr *Will have mandatory OT every other Saturday (OT Pay will be $27/hr) **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
