Join us as a Medical Assembly Operator in our White Bear Township, MN facility.
You will follow procedures for assembling products, handling products, equipment and materials per the production department and company's quality system procedures. Good candidates have the ability to stay focused and produce high hourly assembly targets and perform repetitive work and motions.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $17.50 - $18.25. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.This position is temporary with the potential to go permanent in the future.More details about the opportunity:
Conducts safe and timely set up of assigned equipment using the work order, route packets, set ups and test methodsOperates assigned equipment to meet production standardsConducts setup and operation of assigned equipment, inspects machined features to maintain quality, adjusts machine and changes perishable tooling.Exposed to clearly defined problems and/or instructions. Expected to raise issues. Tasks follow set guidelines and proceduresDuties and tasks are frequently routine and limited to own jobFollows all 5S practices and supports lean activities, as well as safety regulations, policies and proceduresInspects equipment and manufacturing parts to ensure qualityCompliance with laws and regulations related to quality, safety and performance requirementsPosition hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
1st shift 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – ThursdayMandatory OT on Friday 5:00am – 1:00pmRequirements:
Minimum of 6 months or more of experience in production with an emphasis on good manufacturing practices. Requires both written and verbal communication skills in English Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
