ChristianaCare Comprehensive Pain Center is looking for a Medical Assistant.
 

ChristianaCare Comprehensive Pain Center is located at the Newark Campus, in the Medical Arts Pavilion 1 building. ChristianaCare Comprehensive Pain Center offers a wide range of non-opioid treatment options for patients with acute and chronic pain.

You will be joining a practice where the providers are committed to offering therapies focused on alleviating pain while supporting the ChristianaCare mission to reduce dependence on opioid medications. ChristianaCare understands that chronic pain is complex and often challenging to treat. That’s why you are needed to join the ChristianaCare Comprehensive Pain Center.
 

As a medical assistant you will be responsible for assisting physicians in the examination and treatment of patients with virtual and on-site appointments. You will also be responsible to deliver quality patient care and to perform other clinical and clerical duties within the practice.
 

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:15pmPotential of traveling to the Wilmington Campus for cross-coverage with the Physiatry practice

Education Requirements:

High School Graduate or GED required.A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
