Responsibilities:

Supervise and delegate tasks to clinical staff, ensuring efficient workflow. Support management in supervisory activities and contribute to goal setting and process implementation. Mentor and train new and existing staff, serving as a departmental resource. Act as the Epic Care super user for the department. Collaborate with management to identify and implement improvements in clinical and non-clinical functions, infection control procedures, and patient assessments. Conduct regular meetings to communicate procedural changes aimed at enhancing service quality and patient safety. Perform clinical tasks proficiently and responsibly, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines. Manage patient records, including medical documentation, appointment scheduling, and front office responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
