We are working with a global leader in kidney specialty care and research. They are growing their team to impact the higher demand of patient at their two locations in Ft Wayne and two other locations within an hour drive of Ft Wayne. The initial diagnosis of kidney failure is scary and many become a patient for life. But this team makes life and treatment much more manageable and can help avoid full-term dialysis for as long as possible. They are looking for a patient-centric, dedicated Medical Assistant that will support back-office functions for 1-2 physicians.

Job Duties

Set up computers and prepare rooms for patients at assigned locationWelcome and room patientsCollect medication and condition history, vitals, and other patient infoVerify patient charting and ensure accurate communication provided to physiciansAssist with messages, schedule follow up appointments, and collect treatment signatures as neededWill travel across multiple locations and assigned to a Physician PodProvide a calm and caring environment while following HIPPA Guidelines

Qualifications:
