Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a **Medical Assistant** in **Bronx, NY** ! This role is onsite / in person. **Type:** 1 year contract, with potential for extension or a full-time offer **Schedule:** Monday – Thursday 12 pm to 8 pm; Friday 10 am to 6 pm **Pay:** $22 to 24/hr **Location:** Bronx, NY 10463 **Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant:** 1. Measures, collects, and record patient vitals sign. 2. Perform basic lab testing and other approved test. 3. Displays proficient phlebotomy practices. 4. Prepare specimens for transportations. 5. Assists in examination and treatment of patient under clinician direction. 6. Places follow up call to patients. 7.
