Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our primary care clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vital signs, handling refill requests, making and receiving patient calls, charting in eClinicalWorks, and performing occasional phlebotomy. You will be directly tied to a provider, assisting with a busy patient load of 15-20 patients per day. Our team values a friendly demeanor, a willingness to ask questions, and an open-minded attitude.

Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible start times of either 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The team includes 3 MDs and 1 NP, and we maintain a family-oriented atmosphere where staff support each other. We have fun with initiatives like Food Fridays and Red Fridays for the Chiefs. The clinic is primary care-focused, with appointments typically lasting 15 minutes, or 30 minutes for new patients or annual physicals. The environment encourages morale-boosting activities and camaraderie among team members.
