Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform clinical tasks such as taking medical histories, recording vital signs, explaining treatment procedures to patients, collecting and preparing laboratory specimens, performing basic laboratory tests on the premises, and preparing patients for x-rays. Duties vary according to what is allowed by state law.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of staying as late as 5:30 PM on some days. There are no weekend or holiday shifts. The position involves floating between Hartford, East Hartford, Farmington, and Glastonbury, with schedules provided well in advance.
