Apply now and be a part of a team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others! **_***This position will require travel to our other clinics as needed***_** **Essential Functions** + Answers phones. + Scribing for the provider. + Performs general nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures. + Greets patients and takes them back to rooms. + Interviews patients, measures vital signs and records information on patients charts. + May be required to collect urine samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. + Prepares examination rooms and maintains daily cleaning list. + Filling out procedure consents. + Schedules patients for their special procedures with the ASC centers. + Formulates and documents patient care plans, charts, tests and examination results in the medical record. + Escalates non-routine issues to the Office Manager or Physician. + Performs other duties as assigned by Office Manager or Physician. **REQUIREMENTS** **Experience:** + Certified Medical Assistant: 1 year (Required) + Scribe Experience is a Plus + Medical office: 2 years (Required) + Pain Management: 2 years (Preferred) + Relevant: 1 year (Required) **License/Certification:** + Certified Medical Assistant (Required) **Company:** United Musculoskeletal Partners **Job Type:** Full-time **Address:** 17051 Dallas Pkwy, Addison, TX, 75001-7108
