We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant for a Back Office MA position. The ideal candidate will perform patient intakes, room loading, vital checks, manual blood pressure measurements, EKGs, and update electronic medical records. The role also involves restocking rooms, managing inventory, triaging phone calls, and maintaining patient records.

The position operates within a primary care office, providing an opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients through repeated visits, often quarterly or biannually. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with one Saturday a month from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Working on a Saturday allows for 4 hours to be taken off during the week. The office has 4 providers, and the Medical Assistant will usually stay with the same provider, with a typical provider seeing 15-30 patients a day. The role offers a 1:1 Medical Assistant to Provider ratio.
