Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join a dynamic Family Medicine clinic that covers everything from obstetrics to geriatric care. You will be part of a large clinic with 15 Medical Assistants and 3 leads, providing high-level experience within a reputable healthcare system.
ResponsibilitiesProvide patient care across all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.Assist with adolescent and adult well/sick care.Administer children's well/sick care, including immunizations.Provide education and preventive care.Assist with injured worker care.Conduct minor office procedures.Prepare patients for preoperative clearance.Support primary care sports medicine.Coordinate referrals to other specialists as needed.Provide routine obstetrical care, including prenatal and postnatal care, and newborn care.Assist with routine gynecological care.Conduct school physicals.Offer geriatric well/sick care, including house calls.Essential SkillsMedical assistingPatient careExperience with electronic health recordsProficiency with Epic EMR system1-2 years of relevant experienceNHA Certification RequiredAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in pediatricsExperience with EpicAbility to work with a diverse age groupWork Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with rotational shifts including one late shift from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00
